Apparently the doctor has told the Salford fans to expect some major news on August 9th, which I think is when they play Leeds at home.
Moz is clearly there for a swansong, but could still do a job if he can keep injury free. Don't know much about Junior Sau because he isn't getting picked for Melbourne's first team (doesn't necessarily mean he's crap) but having world class backs won't do you any good if you have a poor set of forwards/halves.
They still have a fair bit of recruitment to do before they will be a decent side, time will tell between now and the start of next season - let's see what the doc has up his sleeve.

Can't see that one, his name happens to resemble the phrase "cash cow", which for someone bankrolling a club is rather a happy co-incidence for the comedically challenged, all of whom post as if they just thought of it first. It is in no way "racist" - it is a pun on his actual, er, name. Even if it is already more tired than the Bulls defence after 60 minutes. | | |

If cash cow was the only name used I wouldn't have an objection, it's not a bad pun if fairly obvious, but it isn't, there have been several, Pootash for instance on this thread. | | |

Just seen on Knights website - Michael Dobson has signed for Newcastle Knights for 2014. Not meant as a dig at Salford or anyone else. I wish Salford well. I remember the great side they had with Watkins, Hesketh, Gill, Coulman, Dixon, Richards, Fielding etc and what great football they played.

Yeah seen this this morning, but apparently Meli & Peletua already signed up,
And apparently they have some big news coming early August i think it is which i would presume is Chase,
But wasnt there a problem with Chase being able to leave Cas for another club in the UK from when he was supposedly off to Hull FC ???
