| Friday 8pm according to t&a ( bulls still saying under discussion). Don't they want any away supporters or something. No chance of going now . Can't see how an extra thousand at stoop on sat or Sunday is gonna impact on sevens over the road.

It'll be the authorities that won't allow games at both venues at the same time. With the Sevens starting at 9 am on Saturday and 9.30 on Sunday an early ko like this Saturday (Army v Navy at the main stadium 3 pm) wouldn't be an option.

| Quote Bulliac="Bulliac"It's going to impact on London fans almost as much as ours to be fair. The vast majority of them travel a fair way across the city to attend matches and it's going to be hellish for them to cross London after work on a Friday evening for an 8pm kick off. It's difficult to imagine many will be able to.
With lots having to work and not being able to get there, [not forgetting arriving back home probably well after 2am the Bulls contingent will probably be down to a quorum too, so we may finish with the fewest speccies at a cup game ever.'"
It's almost at point where London would make more money if it was switched to odsal on the Saturday. We'd probably lose money but they would be better off.
Wonder if clubs have considered moving it to a neutral venue? Double header with sheff/fax game maybe with each club getting 20% of gate instead of 40%. Would seem to benefit everyone

| London have announced that if they get through to the Quarters and get a home game it will be on a Tuesday evening at 11.47pm. That's because they cut the grass at Twickenham on Saturdays and you can't have grass cuttings blowing over the road to the stoop because if it got in your eye it would really make you cross. And on Sundays they polish the seats at Twickenham and sometimes if the wind is wrong the smell of the polish can waft over to the stoop if you crane your head in exactly the right direction and it makes you feel a 'bit funny'.

| Its just over 2 weeks away im sure they could arrange it for another ground (as they have done plenty of times already) on a saturday afternoon to suit both sets of fans - or is that just too easy a solution ??

Give over. If you were London, would you rather play at a ground you know as home, albeit at an inconvenient time for the Northerners, or massively destroy your home advantage by moving to another ground just so us flat-cappers aren't put out.

They have played at that many grounds they are probably unsure of where home is tbh

I don't think it's so simple to be honest; the Stoop on Friday at 8pm isn't going to be particularly easy for the 'locals' either, given they draw their support from all over the capital and presumably the majority will have have to work before setting off for the game. To be honest, I think it's a total 'mare' for the Broncos management.

If I were a London fan I'd rather them play at an inconvenient time at a ground they know rather than move to another ground and lose all home advantage.
