Apologies if this is elsewhere, or I have simply missed the last detail, but does anyone know when the next fans forum is likely to be?

I'd have thought that with all the recent comings and goings on at the club over the last week (and month or so), it would be a good time to hold another forum.

I think the last one or two were a little more of a "holding one for holding one's sake" but this time around there would be potentially plenty to discuss, including, but not limited to:

The Council loan - why was it needed, where did the cash go? What are the terms of the loan (without going into anything that should not be public knowledge).

How are ticket sales going for the 80's concert? I may be missing something, but I thought another concert was set to be announced, however, things seemed to have gone quiet on that front?

Jay Willey has come on board (or is about to). What level of shareholding will Jay take? You could understand a few people's concerns given the issues a split shareholding caused in the very recent history......however, the club should be commended for getting more people involved - especially local (female) business people who have an affinity with the club.

What are the plans for the "fans" share holding - again without giving too much away that would legally need to be announced in the correct manner. Do we have rough timelines, level of holding, any voting rights?

What is the thinking behind the share issue?

How are the club doing in the first month or two of the season compared to the expected budgets and plans of the board? We've already had 3 home games, with only really the Wakefield attendance being what many would expect as exceeding expectation - I appreciate the Saints game was a one off and thus the attendance was affected by other factors.

Stewarding - I have seen murmors on other sites in regards to the new stewarding procedures. Have initial problems been dealt with?

I am sure there are many more questions that could be raised.....

Would certainly seem a logical time to hold a forum. I think I saw mention of one coming up by one of the club tweeters in last week or so but can't remember who said it.

Another potential question would be is there any truth in claim that's being repeatedly made on t&a comments that a legal challenge is under way as to legality of sale of lease to RFL, presumably by one of creditors or old shareholders. Sounds like someone stirring but they have been pretty insistent about it over a period of months.

Is there anything on social media about the next meeting.

I'm pretty sure that Omar mentioned [an unspecific] upcoming forum in his column in the programme recently.

Hope in amoungst all the share holding issues, loans and legal challenges to discuss - and I am not saying they aren't important - we find time to congratulate the guys on the field and the coaching staff for giving us a start to the season few but the most optimistic fans would have expected over the winter.

To be fair, we do that after each match by applauding the players and cheering them off the paddock. Nice, as I'd agree it is, to pass on some praise at the forums, I'd guess most would want to learn a bit more about the 'background' stuff - particularly when people around the club seem to be suggesting the share issue may involve the fans.
