The acts being lined up for the 2nd day (Sunday) of the bank holiday weekend music festival include

Not all will appear but disccusions are on going with all of the agents of the above to hopefully get them all on board. Some of the above have signed the deals on the table to appear.

So will a lot of bulls fans I'd imagine. But then the whole point is to bring extra people/revenue into the club. If that means arranging events which clash with away games (which is why stadium is available) then so be it. If a few bulls fans go to concert rather than Manchester it won't really affect club as iirc magic weekend is a shared gate based on total attendance.
