No, moving it because we'd like to play it when several thousand potential paying customers are guaranteed to be elsewhere. Where they are is entirely beside the point. It wouldn't matter if they were all off shark fishing in the Pacific, it's pure self-interest and financial common sense. If it doesn't happen, it will cost us thousands.

Friday night is fine as long as you live on the doorstep. Many fans have to travel a fair way to Odsal, what about them?

It is tough on them, but not a reason for the club to lose thousands if it can avoid it. If I lived a way away, I wouldn't be ecstatic but I would agree they should move it.

The same as when Sky schedule a game for Friday night. hth?

If you would prefer a game played in front of probably a sp Bulls crowd, with the club earning considerably less income than planned at a time when we have been screwed for income by the other SL clubs anyway, then I'd suggest you stay in whatever alternate reality you are currently in.

I am one of those who travel a fair few miles to each game. I agree, I would rather it moved and have the additional attendance rather that the gate resembling an early round Challenge Cup match lacking atmosphere.

Just checked the Sky page and we are not on TV that game.

There won't be more support though will there? As the Bulls/City fans will be saving their money to spend in London on Sunday. Chances are they will just give the rugby a miss that weekend.

Season tickets are fast becoming a waste of money if matches are to be moved first of all for the paymasters at Sky and now so it doesn't clash with soccer.

Has the Bulls game actually been confirmed as the Friday yet? I don't see why it couldn't be on the Saturday.

Saints is usually a big game and I think we should offer anyone with a Wembley ticket half price admission to the Saints game. Even those from Swansea or Chelsea...
