Indeed. In fact, what appeals to Bulls fans is surely 100% irrelevant in this case. We're putting on a concert, the only question is how many tickets can we sell. It makes no difference who buys them and I shouldn't think the cross-section of Bulls fans who rate/hate the acts would be any different from the population at large.
Some people seemed to think this was another event being created to milk yet more money out of the Bulls' fan base, and would have to be attractive to them, but it isn't, and it doesn't. It's to attract whoever is willing to pay to attend such a concert by such a mix of acts, regardless of whether they support the Bulls, Bolivia or bollock-all.
