Does anyone know for the payment plan 3 installments do they take it out of your bank or do you go up to the office to pay on the tenth of each month ( Nov, Dec)

They'll take it out automatically on the same payment card you paid the first instalment on.

Don't think mine has come out yet.

Has anyone had their second installment taken yet???

no that's why I was asking

I rang today because i've had a new debit card issued since i paid my first instalment.. theyy took my new details but as of yet my money is still in the account, i thought they would have taken it straight away..
