I would be much more likely to go if they did sell it, but until they get decent numbers every night will it be viable given its short storage life? I dont see them selling real ale if its only going to be busy a couple of nights per week.'"
There are a few options here:
1. Get someone who attends local festivals with ale tents/stalls - didnt attend Saltaire this year but there was real ale tent at the Chapel Allerton festival supplying a mix of Kirkstall, Roosters and Ridgeside. Someone with that level of skill could manage a similar operation for game day. A more Bradford flavour could be served up - although I may be kicked out of the family but I dont care for Saltaire Ale much (actually brewed in Shipley which irks a pedant like me
)
2. I know of a guy who has a number of mobile bars serving up theakstons and black sheep although the bar infrastructure is in place - again I suppose Im saying there is the management out there to provide decent ales for a limited window
3. We, the ale loving arm of the Bradford Bulls support could commit to making sure every last drop is drunk
