At the beginning of the season MP made it clear he needed a big squad-- imagine the mess we'd have been in if we'd had last season's numbers when the early season injury list was at it's peak. But if we retain SL status it's highly unlikely we'll be able to secure proven SL or NRL players-- mainly finance but also other teams have had their pick of the best.
The key for me is to retain our youngsters with a core of experienced players to help them improve.
But i'd also like to see us bolster our squad with a few young championship players. One name I'll throw into the mix is Walmsley a young forward from the Bulldogs. I've seen him live a couple of times and also on Premier-- I think he has a good chance of making SL grade. One match I saw was Batley against Leigh and a few of the Leigh players commented afterwards on how good he was, comparing him to their old team mate Chris Hill'"
Alex is off to Saints. I mentioned him on here somewhere earlier this year. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't become an England player given time. |

I really hope we re-sign Donaldson, still think he will be a star. Looking on Nas's twitter, it looks like he's wanting to stay at Bulls, but all depends on when everything is finalised.

If the out of contract players all go plus the ones with longer contracts who have refused to stay and signed for other clubs - who will be left? |
