The rfl as part of due diligence have agreed that Northampton are unable to take up their oosition of new club in championship 1 next season.
If the same due diligence was done with yourselves then I believe your situation may have been sorted long before now.
The clear level of incompetence beggars belief and again shows double standards. We hear about the rugby league family, in most families we are all equal yet rfl have different ideas.
I agree with due diligence being applied but has to be same for each and every club.

Mentions the RFL's view that the rebels owners had concerns that they may not be competitive but does not mention any due diligence, seems to me like it was the chairmans choice to withdraw not the RFL who as we know are big supporters of expansion and with Crusaders gone they want some more teams fram farther away.
Northampton chairman David Cardoza admitted the new club were unlikely to be competitive and apologised for the decision.
"We didn't want to launch something that had no chance of success and was not going to be competitive," he said. "It was always of paramount importance to us that the rugby league side didn't impact on the football club and we were concerned there was an increasing risk of that happening.
"We spoke to the RFL who have been a big help to us and so with regret we have agreed to withdraw.
Also the bradford team are competitive even with a 6pt deduction they could theoretically still make the GF, whereas in all likelyhood NRL could be like Gateshead getting leathered week in week out. And before anyone else comes on complaing on favouritism and bias we have heard it for 2 months now time to give it a rest.
Further more we dont go on other forums complaing why dont you each start a bitch fest on you respective boards and be done with it stop coming on here banging on its very tiring now.
