Normally hopitality or conference facilities need to be used for at least 300 days a year to generate a return. From memory I think the Bulls paid over £2m cash for the stand? Not a scientific answer I admit but some technical customers of the company I work for have used the stand on a number of occasions for "road-shows" and apart from being surprised there was no wireless network in the building said they were told when booking it was usually empty during the week. Also and again I think this has been mentioned on a number of threads during the current crisis - during games most of the seats in the Coral are empty - might be something to do with the weather? - but certainly this year apart from last weekend and the Rhino's fixture from the terrace at least the Coral looks relatively empty. So if used on match days - say 20 times a year, and then say on another 100 days? - they will I think be way short of even covering the operating costs - rates, heating, cleaning, staff etc. So no I have not seen any actual figures but would deduce that the net income generated has been less than expected when the cheque was being handed to the builders? So if you could start getting say 80%+ utilisation - as seems to be part of the interested parties plans - then you could be some of the way to finding the missing £100k a month.
