Mr Guilfoyle said he didn't want us to donate, he disagreed with collection buckets and didnt want any money off of the fans. He said he wanted a minimum of 5000 there ( including season ticket holders ) and encouraged us to `bring a friend` to break even.

For once we had some honestly. He said if we donated money it would be swallowed up in cash flow so he didnt want to go down that route.

A fan in the audience asked if we could pay ( as a season ticket holder )to which he replied if we wanted to then it would put more money in the pot to pay wages etc and i think the term he used was `happy days`. He also confirmed we'd pay VAT on anything going through the gates.

You dont have to pay on the gate. Season tickets are valid. A number of us put our names down re offering to help with the stadium and he was checking regarding health and safety.

It seems to have leaked out he wants us all to pay and not use our tickets when he actually never asked this he replied to a fan offering to.

We've offered to help I can see myself donning the suit and walking around with bulls horns myself.

I hope the club issues some kind of statement to clarify the issue because I've heard a few people say that they weren't

If you watch the Calendar interview with Brendan Guilfoyle after the fans meeting you might understand why people think he's expecting season ticket holders to pay.

I most admit I would have thought season ticket holders would have to join the quew of unsecured creditors - so it would be a gesture if we could use the tickets it the game goes ahead.

However if you look at BG's comments in the T&A he says he would like a gate of 5000 and expects £10,000 in ticket revenue - seems very low?

Though I am not totally comfortable about current events would say the bigger the crowd and the more who pay the better. BG also said the fans were big assets to the club ( they do provide more than half the income) - and their response did influence potential investors. So I will be there and pay.
