I suspect the key word here is "buying".

Many have posted regarding the apparent inability if these potential interested parties to contact the administrator. It seems to me to be simple advice that they should contact him through the T & A. They could keep their anonymity with the promise to the T & A of exclusive access once the bid is acknowledged and they are happy to go public. If as some suspect BG is deliberately not giving equal access to all parties (or none as he would have it) then the T & A have a rather different story.. If there is more than one bid BG will be accountable for his decision why he chose the eventual successful one.
If the T & A had been as active in it's efforts to save the Bulls as it has been with City (don't get me wrong City fans -- that's what a local paper should do) then we perhaps would have had an independent fund made up of fans money ready to invest with the proviso that there was some supporter input into the newco.
And yes I know I'm being optimistic-- there might not be any bids and all the talk and speculation may have been hot air. But I prefer to keep a glimmer of hope....

Martyn Sadlers tweets say the two consortium he mentioned being interested are from a very reliable source and do not involve caisley [ior [/ianyone from Greenwoods. Interesting.

He's been saying this for best part of a week. Sadler's normally pretty reliable and not outright gossipy but one wonders what they're hanging about for.

potential buyers are most likely waiting to see the full extent of the liabilities........if they buy now do they still owe the taxman and other creditors..??

Do they bid on condition of a CVA being agreed (not likely if it is down to HMCR)

Or do they wait for liquidation and buy with no debts.....who knows.....

whatever scenario you can bet that BG gets paid in full before any other creditors....

If we go into liquidation there is nothing to buy as there is no club.

It would mean starting a new club from scratch. We'd need to sort out a whole new squad, staff, arrangements for training, ground to play matches at, contracts with suppliers etc etc.

Not something that could be done in the space of a few weeks.
