Exactly my thinking. Fully expect caisley to make a bid but I suspect unnaposed he would have waited right until the deadline to get best possible deal. With someone else in the mix we should hear something sooner.

No. The report will be well down the line, and any disqualification action - probably the only risk - would be a long time away yet. Caisley will anyway be in the clear, because he was not a director. Wonder why? And as far as I can see, Hood took all steps he could to minimise loss to the creditors-even if there may be some who will do tHeir utmost to try and show otherwise - so I cannot conceive that he is vulnerable either.

Potter confirmed investors had come forward but was unsure of what stage talks with the administrators were at on Sky Sports News this morning when they spoke to him
