| The cheaper PA system seemed much more feeble than the previous to the point of being muffled at best and almost inaudible at times. And then during half time I was trying to think what was missing and realised on the way home what it was. There weren't any Bullettes.
As for the game itself? Job done by the players in what must be very difficult circumstances. But it could also be said that they are putting themselves in the shop window whilst trying to stay injury free by not tackling much. I'll stay clear of mentioning Mr Hicks!!!
By the way, does anyone know which branch of Cash Converters the old speakers and Bullman's costume has gone to?

| Ainscough was immense today, he looked a real threat in attack.
It was a joy to watch him chasing down Sykes to save a certain try
I think it was a case of job done today, we look shaky in defence but very good in attack

| Man of the Year award goes to the Wakefield player receiving treatment from the physio (Southern?) who attempted to tackle Burgess!!!!
After watching the gutless display by England tonight he proved why RL is the greatest game.

| A lot of fair comments to be honest. We made hard work of it but Wakey are a decent side (there are no really poor sides in SL, imo) so it was good to take the points. No-one had a bad game and there were some real moments of skill from all over the paddock. Issues with defence for sure, but as I say, Wakey are the sort of team who will put points on, especially if Lauititi is on form and whizzing the offloads about.
Let's hope Widnes give Wiggin a tough time tonight, with all those ex-Wigan lads in the team they should be up for it, that's for sure. The big Bull's bandwagon is still rolling along, can anyone see around that blind bend coming up??

| Although i was happy to get the win, i didn't think it was a great performance.
In the first 10-15 minutes, the team showed that they could dominate a team like Wakefield. Forwards were aggressive and the attacking play was slick and creating tries. After the 15 minutes, we seemed to take our foot off the gas and then run out of ideas (again)
Similar to the cas game, where i thought cas were a poor team with 1 good player, i found myself thinking the same of wakefield. Lauatiti was immense. I think i saw more work from him in 1 game than what i saw all last year for Leeds.
Also got to mention L'estrange's 'blind' passes...... When they come off they look good, but yesterday he was throwing some very suspect hospital passes.
I think we need to play much better with our next 3 away games in mind.
Well done to Whitehead yesterday, thought he had a good game considering his personal circumstances and i'm sure his family will be proud!
