He was on the last tackle though wasn't he? Nothing much to lose I'd have thought.

Child is still relatively young so he might well develop but ideally he should be learning his trade in the lower leagues. The lack of quality refs has undoubtedly fast tracked his promotion to SL ref.'"
Perhaps the refs suit the quality of the players.

I think, at the minute, we are only a few players short of our best 17. Get Kearney, Sammut and either Crookes or Kear back in the side and we're looking good.
It says on his twitter hes two weeks away, we need him for the finishing out wide thought ainscough missed that opportunity yesterday. But I agree we are just a couple of players away from our best 17. very happy with our young squad just need to keep them!!!!

| We could easily have won the game, but overall when in possession Wire looked that half a yard sharper and faster.
If we had kept it error free then we would have had a chance. Unfortunately Hargreaves was badly at fault for the try under the posts that killed us, and again made a shambles of the phantom pass that was picked up for another. Not picking on him especially, but you are never going to beat Warrington away with players gifting them 12 points, and we did shoot ourselves in the foot, hard though we tried.
Has Ainscough lost his pace or his bottle? Couple of times you'd have wanted your winger to pile in and go headfirst for the line, i hate it when they slam the brakes on and try to come inside. One in particular looked a great chance, and the sort that the Crookeses, Charnleys and Halls don't hesitate to go hell-for-leather at.

| I think hes abit worried of injuring himself again. And being on the sidelines like last season, think his decision makin was pretty good if he had dived for the line and been pushed into touch which seemed likely with 2cover defenders he would be moanin he was greedy for wasting the set,he did work his butt ofto chase down the wire break and put rilley under pressure for purtells no tryso give him some credit id like to see him play with lulia and not purtell, as luliaseems to bring his winger in more but with pryce he dosent have much pace to take advantage of it like crookes did

| It was a poor decision from Ainscough and he should definitely have gone for the corner. He blew another try earlier in the game when he fumbled Purtells offload. I like the effort that Ainscough brings but he I don't see him being anything more than a squad player for us. If we need to make cuts for next year, he will be someone we will need to let go.
