The difficulty will be in shielding the players from the dawning realisation as to whether The Pledge is going to succeed or not.
Obviously if we pass the £500k before the game starts it will be party time. If we're getting close, its to be hoped the club will be pushing it for all its worth - "We only need another £30,000, pledge now". But if we're well short, and the crowd is far below 20,000, the atmosphere could be quite flat. In those circumstances the players wouldnt be human if they weren't affected by it. It's not going to be like at Hull last week.
