Langley likely to play'"
Not bad considering all the injuries and suspension. The 17 for me would be:
Kearney
Crookes
Lulia
Purtell
Pryce
Jeffries
Sammut
Hargreaves
Diskin
Manuokafoa
Bateman / Langley
Whitehead
Langley / Bateman
Subs:
Burgess
Walker
L'Estrange
Addy
Lets hope whoever Potter picks has the same attitude and desire as theyhave displayed over the last 4 games. If we come into this one thinking it will be easy we will get turned over.

Agree with that. Bateman went well at 13 last week so let him and Addy have a run in the position while we're a prop down with Langley moving into front row. Hopefully one of them will cement spot and force a permanent move for Langlers to either 2nd or front row. I know Potter has said at forums that he sees loose as a third prop these days but personally I much prefer the extra options having a ball playing type player there gives us.

| All this talk about Langley at prop is a strange one. Over the last few seasons he has been injury prone playing at loose forward, how would he cope with bigger hits?
Second row alongside Whitehead this week, on the bench when Elima is back next week.
Hargreaves, Diskin, Manuokafoa
Langley Whitehead
Bateman

But he carts the ball up as much as any prop and tackles more than any, all in the same place as props, Eddie. He doesnt take any lesser hits than prop so your argument is kind of null and void on this one pal. He's practically a prop forward these days IMO. Not that there is anything wrong with what he does, he's very good at it.

Langley would be spelled more playing at prop than at 13 so using him as a prop could help him on the injury front he would only have to play 40-50 minutes rather than for 60. None of our other available backrowers are particularly suited to move up into the front row so unless we go with just three props then Langley is the obvious choice to fill in.

So do I to be honest, but then I'm from the old school, so to speak - which might or might not , be your excuse. If Potter sticks with the modern idea of a Loose then I guess Langers will stay there for the immediate, but if he moves, I can only really see prop as the destination, we seem to have too much quality in the SR to be honest, with Elima, Donaldson, Whitehead, Bateman, Olbison, Addy and Sibbit we seem 'suited' both for now and the immediate future to be fair.
