Regardless of what people want, Bateman won't be going in at LF and Addy at SO. Why mess with the dynamics of a side that is performing well.

Bullseye he means Kearney and Sykes at 1 and 6 but changing like Kearney and Royston did last year.

Forget the dual role business. Just complicates things and adds little IMO. Let Kearney concentrate on FB. Effectively were playing with one half in attack, with Kearney, addy and the hookers making up for lack of a proper standoff. Sykes is in purely for kicking and to make up numbers in defense. Hopefully this will be a chance for Addy or Bateman to stake a real claim for 13 spot and combined with prop shortage will force Langley to be moved into front row permanently when he returns.

I don't think it complicates things to have Kearney defending at FB but taking on more responsibility in attack.
