Quote: Bulliac "Nobby is a good coach, that is undeniable, his record proves that, though it's true to say he's had his greatest successes when the club was throwing plenty of money at the squad. However good the squad at Cas he'd be unlikely to be able to bring in the sort of blokes that came to Bradford during his time at the club because Cas don't have that kind of brass.
Some coaches are particularly good at helping superstars hit their peak and others are more adept at getting merely 'good' players to perform above themselves. I'd put Nobby in the first group, and say John Kear, in the second. I guess the board at Cas can take their pick.'"
If he comes to Cas and makes the same impact as he did at Crusaders we'll be happy. He's out of sight in the fans poll to vote for TMs successor probably because talk of his disciplined/restrictive approach is actually music to our ears after 6 years of regular 50+ losing margins......and contrary to most neutrals perception we hardly set the world alight with ball in hand either.
