I would hope so as it was missed on the field. But since Kearney wasn't hurt and everyone just played on, I can't see it being a big issue. It wasn't really an issue at the time I don't think, but had it been seen, it could easily have been a penalty and yellow card.
Thankfully Hicks made up for it (and a few questionable offside non-calls) by letting us off with two massively blatant knock-ons (one of which Ainscough himself even stopped and gave himself up, before realising the ref hadn't give it and carrying on).
Thought Hicks was generally pretty naff yesterday, but dodgy calls went both ways and evened out I reckon.
