To be honest I thought one of the reasons we lost is [ibecause [/iwe tried to close the game down. If we'd carried on making plays and putting Leeds under the sort of pressure we'd put them under for the earlier part of the game and made them make a few more tackles, they wouldn't have been able to concentrate on, or have the energy for, attacking us quite so much as they did in the last twenty. Plus, of course we might have put more points on the board. It's difficult though, Leeds are a quality side and were always going to show up at some time during the game (I think I'm sounding like Nobby now) but what we were doing was working and if it ain't broke etc......
PS, for me there are always some positives to take from every match (even in generally dire performances) and where positives are few then there are still lessons to be learned. We don't always learn them, of course
