If it was being purely based on performances in the two friendlies, he would be playing at Keighley. And based on those performances, no doubt Platt, Walker & Ah Van would be ahead of him in the centre pecking order at the moment. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sykes on the bench for Sunday though, as I doubt we only play with 4 subs for that match, and a back that can play a number of positions is ideal if you're putting 6 or 7 on the bench.

First time I've heard him named in the side, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a decent run out at Keighley.
