This probably sounds like THE most pathetic excuse for not going but im really shy around people i dont know and as i,d have to go on my own im sorry to say i cant/wont be coming. SORRY.

But im proud to be a member of BullBuilder

And just to add, by joining on the night, you guarantee your FREE entry to other events that BullBuilder run in 2011 too, not just tonight's. So it's well worth it as you only have to attend two events and your membership has paid for itself! Plus you're directly contributing to the youth development of the club and can be rightly proud of yourself for that.


As well as other stuff Adey has mentioned, there's also the slightly less appealing aspect of putting some faces to a few people's names on here. Although I would ask that people refrain from beating me up until after the event as I have some work to do tonight first

Ill be their Mother in Law in tow (although she is driving)

Just like to thank John Hamer and Sir Keith Mumby for giving up their time tonight - first time I have ever had the privilege of speaking with them, and what cracking blokes the both are.

And big thanks to Andy Lynch, Donno and Tom Olbison for likewise giving up their time, and not being worried about looking wallies. Andy never fails to impress by being such a decent guy every time you talk to him, and Donno and Tom are two great lads who express themselves well and should have very proud mums. Didn't realise Tom had been injured and missed most of the pre-season, but he's well on with catching up now.

Big thanks as well to Ryan Duckett and Paul Medley - again giving up their spare time, and I know how hard these guys at the club work (Ryan sent me an email at 11:20 last night).

And thanks to everyone in the sizeable audience who came - you heard Ryan and others say what a big difference Bullbuilder and the direct support from the fans makes. They mean it.

Great night I thought, all the contestants were great sports!

Some excellent prizes raffled off too, it was worth turning up for those prizes alone!! Anyone who hasn't yet joined should get signed up and make sure they don't miss out at our next event.
