RL used to get attendances of 40-50k+ for games against the Aussies in the late 80s and early 90s. There's no chance of that now. Does that mean our game is dying? Er no.

Eng v NZ - played in a stadium that holds 82000. Total then (using your figures) 79000
Ire v SA - played in a stadium that holds 50000. Total - 35000
