In the Leaguer Ryan Duckett says there is no truth in Pryce coming back to the Bulls, as he as 1 year left at Saints. I don't think Connor Murphy would print such a story without knowing at least they were interested.

Ducket also claimed last week that Orford was returning to Bradford.

No he didn't though, Mike. He played the legals game. He stated the position as legally it stood, and in doing so made sure he did not give the other party - or his dog-dropping of an agent or any other club - any suggestion that the club was reconciled to losing him. He thereby ensured our bargaining position (should it come to that, of course...) was not compromised.

And, as he told me a few weeks ago, the club anyway does not carry out its negotiations through the media. And quite rightly so too.

It's a shame for some people. They are so deluded!

I have it on good authority that Leon is suffering from a variant of "Newlove Syndrome".

This affects the neck rather than the back and will only allow him to play for Bradford rather than St Helens, the exact opposite of the symptoms Paul Newlove suffered.

There would be a delicious irony in that, I must say.
