I cant see Pryce leaving Saints. They are entering a pretty exciting time, a new coach, and some great signings coming on board. Saints will be a real force next season and he would be stupid to walk away from that. However you get the impression that Pryce does want to return to Bulls one day, and if Bulls are looking for 2 new halves now, then maybe this is his last chance.

All over it Adey! Where are we going to play all of these players, they can't all drop down to the U20's if not selected, can they? Although some have suggested that some of the younger players could be loaned out.

4 new signings minus Orford is 3 new players. If we're signing 4 more, I think that signals Orford go bye bye.
Part of me does just wonder if this is a last ditch way to get some pledges. They don't have to sign him for the story to be true, they just have to have enquired about him, which I'm sure they have anyway.
If he'd already signed, they would have announced it before pledge deadline surely?
Interesting Re: Rhys Hanbury. When he first came over here I thought he looked a bit cack. But the more he settled in at Crusaders, the better he seemed to look. Would have preferrred Jarrod Sammut if we were taking their halves though.

Why not? Hargreaves has already been announced and is sure to play in the GF, although he is out of contract unlike Pryce.
Lets hope we do get Leon. If we do it will be interesting to see how Kearney is utilised, with the recent signing of Royston. |
