There are some right doom and gloom mongers about, particularly on the T&A site regarding Raynor. Whilst some of the signings might not set the world alight they are significantly better than what's gone before. So it's an improvement, right?

It makes good commercial sense! Peter Hood is in the Printing business, Raynor has access to discounted printing accessories and he can play at a decent standard in SL!
If the Matchday progs come out looking smudged and blurrey?? well thats one for Connor to investigate!

First of all.. I have no 'source' for this but when I was racking my brains for a utility player that has been released or might be available the name I thought of was Jordan Tansey. Did I read somewhere that Hull dropped him for disciplinary reasons and were looking to offload him?

Players I can think of that we've been linked with on here, that are classed as utility players, would be Craig Hall, Martin Aspinwall and Chris Flannery. Can't think of any others off top of my head.

So thats..Walker, Ainscough, Ah Van, Elima, Hargreaves, Sibbit and Raynor in...

I seem to remember we were close to signing Aspinawall before he joined Hudds. Also add Phelps to that list of 'linked' but I doubt we'd be wanting to use up a potential quota spot on a utility player.

Raynor's not a bad signing. Surely a halfback is out there somewhere though?
