I suppose it depends on what he's been offer, not only financially but also in terms of game time and development. How many players make a move that they later regret when they don't meet their potential? But on the flip side, how many players move and then develop into a player they'd never have had the oppotunity to grow into if they'd stayed... Maybe he's a Giants fan?
We made an improved offer. He turned it down. Credit to the Bulls for sticking to their wage structure rather than being held to ransom by an unproven player. If the kids agent has been hawking him around as has been suggested what can you do? He's out of contract so is entitled to go where he wants and I'd rather have a plyer who WANTS to play for the Bulls.
Indeed. I don't know what Huddersfield are offering in terms of game time etc, but I'd have thought he could have been 1st choice at the Bulls in 2 or 3 years.
