I'm surprised we're having this debate again, VP is too short for rugby and the walls behind the posts are an accident waiting to happen. Players running full tilt towards a dead ball line just three or four feet short of a brick wall shouldn't be allowed imo. In any case, we lost more than enough support the last time we were there, and that was only for a temporary period.
Apart from the unsuitability of VP as a rugby ground that Bullica mentioned the area has to be a concern. I agree we don't go to a match to hang around outside the stadium but we have to leave our cars somewhere and last time there was a lot of vandlised cars, there was one incident where a row of cars had 3 and 4 tyres per car slashed.
I'm not say Odsal is perfect but imho it's less of an issue at Odsal......
