| I ordered something off one of the team card traders via the link on the team card site and it hasn't added the points.
The contact us section just gives details for the Bulls is that the people I should email or does anyone know an email for the team card people?

I think that usually with these things it takes up to 30 days for your points to appear. That's certainly the case with the similar Nectar points scheme.

| There's something on the website somewhere (don't ask me where as it took me ages to find it) that says something about allowing 3 days or so for the points to appear (at least to appear in the "pending" bit).
I've only used play.com as an online partner so far and if they ever haven't appeared after a week, I've cancelled my order (since they were pre-orders) and then done it again. They then appeared after a day or two. I keep intending on using IE to see if that's more stable (since I normally use Firefox) but then forget.....
I'll see if I can find the bit where I read about 3 days.

Found it.
Under the "my teamcard" section, in the pending transactions, there's a link that says "what are pending transactions".
This brings up a message with the following:
Quote my teamcardIf new Online Partner purchases do not appear in Pending Transactions within 48 hours, please contact our direct support team at support@teamcard.co.uk'"

| Incidentally, I've found one problem which I think I'll e-mail them about. Under the "high street" section, it's supposed to list shops that accept the card over the counter. Unfortunately it seems to think that Odsal is in Bolton, as all the ones it brings up have Bolton addresses.

| Oh, disregard that e-mail address. If you try e-mailing it, it just bounces back with a message about how your e-mail has been discarded. They don't seem the most friendly lot when it comes to customer support and seem to want to deflect as much as possible.
You can however go to the support section [url=http://www.teamcard.co.uk/supportHERE[/url and use that to either help or contact them.

You used to be able to use TESCO vouchers for all SL game . . . .though they dropped that about 3-4 years ago
