Dilli, I got banned from the Wakey forum, because although the 'mod' wasn't bothered about my good self, he couldn't be assed cleaning up the mess. But the mess came from the douchers who had a go at my good self for saying Tronc wouldn't be man of steel, on a 'Tronc for MOS' thread. Hardly unreasonable is it?

To be fair, the very (VERY) few times I've been over to the Wakey forum, that sounds like exactly the sort of thing that would get them all miffed. I seem to remember going over and seeing something like them suggesting Leo-Latu was the best hooker in the league, or something equally as stupid, and the minute I questioned it, they all jumped on me like some rabid pack of dogs. They were a little touchy for absolutely no reason.

Regarding the Hudds site, the mod I had all the trouble with, I'm pretty sure isn't a mod over there any more (I suspect there was more than me had issues with him), so I assumed that wasn't so bad these days. Perhaps not though eh?

That's exactly what it was. so when they all decided to turn it into a Wakey Vs Bulls argument and offering personal abuse, it was my good self that got done for 'taking the thread off topic' and causing a riot, yet it wasn't, as I commented on the Tronc headline.
Same different board with Huddersfield, it's one rule for them, and different ones for anybody else, or should I say rules for everyone else and none for them.

Yup! Our Mods need to look at those who deliberately/consistently destabalise threads.
Genuine opinions, good/bad/indifferent should be welcomed and even asides are acceptable.
An entire change of subject within a thread should not, especially if its from a self promoting numpty.

That's a tad unfair, FA was trying to get the thread back on course.

As for where we will finish - I have a sneaky feeling we may surprise a few. If we have better luck with injuries and the threequarters play out of their skins, we could challenge for the top four IMO. But its a big ask, cos we face stiff stiff competition in an improving Wigan, Cats, Hull, maybe Hudds. Leeds will surely finish top again, but I suspect Saints will slip a bit down the rankings. One day Wire will live up to the potential with their moneybags side - good start to the season and they could be the ones to topple Saints? I suspect we will see another season where there is not much in it outside the top one or two down to about ten or eleven even. Salford Crusaders and now Quins look much weaker than the rest so far?
