It's the text under the 'RedAmberAndBlack.net stuff that spoils it for me. The colours in the background are a little gloomy, if you could lighten it up a little then it'd be okay.

We definitely need a change, but I think we could do with a bit less cluttered design. If we can get a thread going and perhaps some of our more creative posters can offer some options to vote on.
