Great addition to what looks like a strong squad for next season. The only way the board were going to replace a fan favourite like Sam was to sign a star player and there aint many better than Orford.

Hes a great scrum half and a proven leader. My only doubt is how 4 Overseas players will settle in, in a new enviroment.

Well given 3 of them are from the same team, two of them are best mates and they're joining another ex-team mate who has obviously been instrumental in them all coming, I can't imagine it will too hard.

What with that and the marked similarity between manly in the summer and the environs of Bradford in the winter I'm sure they'll love it

The only negative I can find is that there is nothing to be negative about in this deal.

Deacon officially signed for Wigan according to the T&A - hardly a surprise but now seems to be confirmed.
