I'd certainly attend a meeting to find out what was involved and whether there was anything I could do to help. Although due to other commitments, I too would consider myself more likely to be a foot soldier than a leader (and I don't really have much experience in this type of thing).

Is there any harm in agreeing to have an intial meeting and see where we go from there?

Incidentally, to those who are not sure what a Trust can achieve, check out rlTHISrl article on the excellent work Warrington's Squadbuilder have done over the years. They've been running a lot longer than BullBuilder, but it's clear what sort of an effect it can have on a squad in the future. And Warrington's is very much the closest other Trust to how BullBuilder works. That's with just 200 members. Imagine how much difference our Trust could make if we had 1,000. Or 10,000.
