I've been thinking the same for the last 15 minutes
Obvious one for those with a first name for a surname is a certain Penguin, but Graeme is hardly much of a surname!
Same goes for Paul brothers, Gareth Stanley, Nathan Graham & Stanley Gene (although if you use proper pronunciation, that don't work).
