No I dont think he should be given anymore time. And this is a squad he has built himself and he's had the time to build it like people had asked for him to. Time is up in my books.

You shout at them. A lot. And when you lose, you give them a jolly good telling off, and make them do extra training, cancel their days off, stuff like that. You also tell them to be sure that they try their best, because if you don't, they won't and who can blame them?
