As much as i like Donaldson & Whitehead just think that Worrincy still has more to offer in terms of impact

Think Worrincy had a purple patch mid season and we all including myself got a bit excited. Other than that his ability is questionable in my books. I dont really think he has much to offer other than a bit of pace. Because his overall game is distinctly average. I'd much rather have one of the two young bucks on the bench.

I agree with that. I wasn't at all happy with the signing, but he looked like he might prove me wrong. However recently he's gone back to the kind of form which made me highly unimpressed with him coming to Bradford. Paul Cullen picked him out on Boots n All as his breaking the defensive line was shocking.

Are you serious? Filling a team with big men doesn't work anymore in SL. This isn't 1996-7. It might get the crowd going when a big fella comes off the bench but it won't have a big impact on winning games.
Palea'aesina is a luxury player, and Fa'asavalu has been off the boil for the last couple of seasons IMO (coinciding with his England call-up). There's no point having someone who can only play very short stints given the frequency of in-game injuries in the modern game.

Much rather have a backrower with good handling skills and size who brings impact like Solomona (on form!), Lauitiiti (fully fit) etc, or a hard working prop who gets through the hard work in attack and defence over a longer duration.

I never said anything about filling a team with big men, the Bulls fans have an affinity with big bullocking forwards and since Big Joe left we've missed this type of player.

I don't think Sam Moa is the type of player Bulls should be looking at. Round Props are a dead bread in Super League, Only Feka gets by.

Impact comes from big fit, athletic interchange props these days.

I know what your'e saying, but don't you think players like Big Joe and Baloo were crowd pleasers in their own right, you must remember the "buzz" when Baloo came on to run at the opposition.

I do agree with that however its good to have at least one good big basha go forward prop, we have Lynch, Hall, Scruton and Burgess as the Athletic work horses types

Yeah but they run out of gas to easy and as soon as the opposition notice this they are straight on to them. Big Joe was murdered every time in his final years by Roby and Higham.

Used correctly i'm certain the right impact prop would work wonders for the team and the fans

Agreed - most people love to see a giant of a man come onto the pitch and send a few bodies flying. And I suspect it gets the rest of the team buzzing too.
