Quote: Spannerz "From yesterdays game does anybody believe the Team has learnt anything this season? We are told about positives from losses, lessons from losses, what we will do in training, what we will put into practice next time. Has any of that actually happened? Is Steve McNamarra the man that will inspire this Team to victory?
From what I have seen he is unable to provide inspiration, ideas or bring the best out of his Team. He has assembled a Team with limited abilities and cannot provide sufficient inspiration or threats to enable them to win. He has also waited too long to try out the youngsters. He gave a couple of lads e few minutes earlier in the season but clearly they were ready for proper action as can be seen in recent weeks and this showed a lack of faith in these lads.
I'm not calling for his head just pointing out what to me was clear and a lot of people have already said on numerous occasions.
I would like to see changes on the Coaching Staff and for me getting a new Fitness and Conditioning Trainer is critical and I have said this for a long time. A more experienced Assistant Coach is also needed if McNamarra is to stay in charge. Maybe a new Head Coach is the only answer?'"
only thing those amateurs av learnt is how bad they are at rugby
