There’s a lot gone on in the past that seems murky. The secret loan from rfl, the lease, the rfl choosing owners (or limiting the owners available for the Administrator to choose from, which annoyed them no end) when a (on paper anyway) better candidate was available.

The fact that there’s still planning going on between the Council, Bulls and RFL is also helpful to know. But until there are bricks in the ground, I remain sceptical.

I’m sure there are many others who could give us some of the background- Hood, Khan, Sutcliffe, maybe Green. I don't think anyone will have a non disclosure agreement. If anyone has any unofficial contacts then maybe we could start collecting some of the story as it’s obvious Wood won’t volunteer info.
At some point though, especially if a new ground is delivered, we may just have to let it go.
