| Regarding the Lineham try I don't think the ref can be blamed. Stood at that end last night I didn't hear one Saints supporter complain of a no try.

When you use video depending on speed you see different things, the Lineham try both Thaler & the touch judge had no doubt,
Amazing how the T.J. had no doubt when he was at least 3 yards down the line

| They know they didn't get a clean kill last night, hence the idiotic trolling and somehow trying to justify awful decisions. Whether they like it or not, the whole rugby league community knows that wasn't right last night. It's frustrating that instead of everyone talking about a great Warrington performance, they're talking about how it was incompetent officiating that has got them a place in the final.
Troll all you like. If you can win next week, you might just overtake Widnes as the most successful club in Cheshire.

And picture evidence has showed that Lineham never actually lost the ball
Quote: sonny ", what did my head in was the blatant knock on in the set of 6 before that when Thaler saw it and actually put the whistle to his mouth but decided to ignore it.'"
Like he ignored all the Saints' flops and not standing square and offsides all game

| I guess as Saints fans we are all supporting Hull through to the Final.
Can't support Wigan and Warrington well the fans are not exactly endearing.

Do you have every Saints thread on alert?
Don't be so paranoid. Why would it be sour grapes . I think we expected the lose.

| The game changer was Luke Walsh not kicking on 5th and us turning the ball over, then giving a pen away which leads to a try.
Instead of Warrington bringing the ball back out of their own 20 meter zone, they was in ours.
The whole momentum of the game changed when Walsh failed to kick and put us under pressure.
Crazy thing is, we was kicking all night on 3rd and 4th tackle but tried to run it on 5th!
Yes the video ref probably got the call wrong and Lineham probably didn't score but let's not use that as a excuse as our attack was utter rubbish again. One up rugby again and kicking all the time. It's like watching union.
The end of the day, it was our boring no thrills one up rugby that cost us.

The nightmare is it doesn't look like changing anytime soon. With Walsh gone it has every chance of getting worse.

We've struggled in the halves for about 5 years at this club. We need two settled halves that have the right balance.
We thought Walsh was the answer but his horrific injury put that to bed as we wouid all agree, he's never been the same since.
Travis Burns looked like the final piece in the puzzle but that didn't work either as him and Walsh didn't have the right balance we thought it would. I think Burns lost that yard of pace in his first pre season with us and that killed him.
We've had make shift halves for far to long. We've had Wilkin, Wello, Flanagan, fages, Turner, Walsh etc over the last few years.
Imo our pack is decent and Douglas will add to a good set of props with amor, Walmsley, Thompson and Richards as back up. We defo lack backrow.
