We are getting away with having wello on the bench as we haven't had a big disruption due to injury yet and we've won all the games pretty easy but can we afford to leave a player sat on his bum for 62 mins every week ? I don't think so.

I'd prefer lance on the bench as he's versatile and can also change a game. Wello just plays like a very average Backrow

I can't really agree on that. I didn't think (considering we won 38-0) he did much until his break at the death.

I would imagine that if Wheeler had played tonight, he'd have had a lot more success.

That said, I 100% agree that I'd be taking Lance on the bench in stead of Wello.

Another hat trick for Ryan Brierley today at Leigh. That's 11 try's in 3 games so far this year.

Leigh are stuck in a terrible rut. They have scored 52 points in every game this season. Why cant they score anymore? will they get less than 50 points anytime soon?

How did everyone rate Lance tonight? His support play was good and defence also good. Did 1 or 2 decent kicks too. On the whole I thought he went well.

Started well and made few breaks but then disappeared.

He's justified his place these last 2 games. It would have been interesting to see if he'd have played if Percival was fit.
