No, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that I don't want the RFL to continue behaving like a mummy protecting her toddlers. I watch a game played by men who occasionally imagine themselves to be alpha males, out there in the jungle. That's part of the attraction of rugby league for me. Take that out of the game, smack wrists for what was a one-on-one, big man scrap, and that puts me off. It'll put quite a few fans off. The genuine biff is part of the edge.
