If he didnt see it put it on report - I think I`m right in saying the yellow stops any further action.

FWIW it is funny reading this thread, whilst i agree Bentham failed to spot or act on several major issues, you'd think we were angels. Fair enough we might not be as dirty as Leeds but we do our fair share of misdemeanors.
