Absolutely made up with TP signing his new deal.

This is the biggest signing for next season in our new stadium with TP ripping defences apart,it's going to be bloody brilliant.

Forgot to mention to the wire fans saying he was never signing for us yeah you where all right.

Excellent news for Saints. Losing Graham is a big loss, but the rest are big wages being moved off the bill at just the right point and age, injury and form begin to wane.

Our pack is very good and the kids have shown their quality this year it will give us alot of rotation next yea if we can get a run of fit players.

Wingers : foster, gardner (looks likely with his current form, keeping on a rolling contract much better player)

Then there are some other young players ready who can put their hands up for a game.
There is also alot of cross over, such as Wheeler can play centre and loose.
Lance can play FB and half back.

For the first time in a long time we are probably weaker in the 2nd row than elsewhere. But then they do say Saints can only produce 2nd rowers. lol

With Flannery, Pryce, Eastmond, Graham all out this year, you would imagine there should be some money left from Puletua, Lance and Laffranchi.

If you swap Eastmond for Lances money, and flannery's wage added onto Puletua's money, i doubt Laffranchi would take the rest of Pryce's and Grahams wage, so there must be another signing or 2 in the offing.
They would have to be british as we are full on non-federation players, but still some more space in the Saints family.

I'll be little gutted if we don't bring waterhouse over now as I thought he would be great addition to our backrow.

I think we need a good centre. A real go to centre that's good with the ball. Lyon or hayne would do.

The only time Warrington even featured on the horizon was when Saints made their first offer of a 1 year contract - TP wanted more, understandably.

Once Saints came back and offered 2, it was only ever going to be Saints or a return home.

I said on the rumours thread that I was confused over the rumours as I couldn't see any reason why he would opt to move to Warrington - seems I was right, and the 'nailed on' rumours were desperate 'look at us, we're massive' straw clutching from our wannabe neighbours a'la Graham, Sinfield, Scully et al.

Neither compare to the mighty Meli.
