My understanding is that the cap relates to the first team squad, not backroom staff, chief exec, coaches etc. Ex players like Cunningham and scully must be on a fair wedge in jobs that werent there before? |

Has Eamon got a new Ferrari?? As players, I would expect Cunningham and Scully to be earning well over £100k each. I can't see them settling for £20k a year now. |

I do think its an issue. We had great players but we have to pay the going rate for back room staff not for players second careers. Unless this is some unwritten contract from SL. Not that Im suggesting we would circum navigate the cap.

The increase is £389K which is an 11% increase on the previous year. Playing & Coaching Staff no's have also gone up by 10.5% (from 84 to 93) so that seems logical.  |

9 new (presumably non-playing) roles at an average wage of around £40k seems unduly extravagant to me.
Regarding the earlier post about Scully and KC, no way should they be on anything like their playing wages. No other club would pay £100k plus on an assistant conditioner, so why would we?
