Don't worry he's too young for Warringtons team ... maybe in another 10 to 15 years and then he'll be the right age for Wire.
P.S does the winter heating allowance count in the salary cap .... just a thought given the age of the Warrington squad next year?  |

Owen has today signed a 2 year deal with Cas but Matterson has apparently conceded Shenton will be at Saints next season. If he clicks with Pryce he will be an outstanding signing for you. His game at Cas has suffered recently fom our instability at half back but when he was running off McGoldrick at 6 he was ripping up defences. Nowhere near as good a wingmans centre as Gidley though....yet. |

As a cas fan, i know i should not say this but saint's are my second team ,i will be sorry to see shenny go, it's a shame, but he has to do what's best for his career.

Thank you,as you have said if Shenton comes to Saints he will be a very good acquisition to our squad.
Also when I was younger I used to love watching Cas play cause one of my favourite players of all time ended up playing for us.

Shenton turned down deals from 5 other SL Clubs, Including a fair offer from Cas, And has signed a 4 year deal with St Helens.
I actually think Warrington was the largest offer he recieved, But he feels his best chance of continued Success is St Helens, I would expect you to announce it more or less straight away now its been officially confirmed on our website he is leaving
