I'm anticipating a big performance from the S men. We were going through the motions on Friday night i feel with a few strike players back we are well capable of turning them over. To win this though i feel a performance ala Leeds away in the cup last season will be required.

But do we have the personnel anymore to do such things? Is it a bad to just admit we're not as good as them anymore? Would losing be such a problem? |

We have the personnel [icapable[/i of doing it (Pryce, Eastmond, Gidley, Roby, Jammer, Wilkin could all pull a worldie move off on their own, on their day) but in recent years we've had personnel you could [idepend[/i on doing it.
It became a self fulfilling prophecy. We'd pulled it off so many times that teams expected us to do it, and in doing so allowed us to do it.
That 'magic' has gone, but it doesn't mean our ability to win these crunch games has necessarily followed it. |

I think Saints will take this one. It will be a storming game imo but I just think you'll want to prove a point that your still top dogs round these parts and you'll want to keep that stranglehold over Warrington.
The battle between the 2 packs will be fearsome and whichever halfback pair comes out on top will have a huge say. The form of Pryce and Eastmond will outshine a rusty Briers and Myler(who's still settling in at Wire) imo.
