It would be nice to go into a derby feeling we had a good chance for once. If we had Burns and Vea, I'd have put the house and car on a Saints win. Now, with the injuries we've got it's a near impossibility again. If we manage it, as with the Grand Final, it'll be an outstanding achievement, but the most likely outcome is a 18 point defeat.

Makes me laugh these days how Tribal the rivalry is! but Credit to Wigan a 25,000 sell out is a good news story and we need some these days in the game!

Nerves are kicking in already! I reckon it'll go off in the first 5-10 minutes and there'll be cards out all afternoon. Our best chance of winning is to bomb Hampshire all afternoon and play a forwards game. Hard one to call.
Saints have started stronger, but have again fallen victim to injuries to key personnel.
Wigan have started slowly, but finally racked up some points last week, albeit against a damaged Wakey squad.

Will GF revenge spur the pie eaters to victory? Will Roby's return mean the bigger Saints pack is marshalled to do enough to let their makeshift halves play?

Mental Mickey will come out fired up and will get stuck into some one early on to try make his mark. How we deal with him and any others looking to dish it out will set the tone for the game. We need to dominate them, if we do and don't get drawn into a scrap I think they will get frustrated and we might be playing 12 men again
