The Magic Weekend if it stays in Cardiff is going to grow (particularly if it moves back to May).

I thought about MM weekend but the point for me would be to have another weekend where we can push a big media campaign.

Can you imagine a saints and Wigan team led out at DW or saints new stadium by Boston and Vol in a set of heritage shirts reflecting their respective eras?

Personally I think we should scrap the magic weekend as a club round. If we are serious about Rugby League we should have an International RL weekend (maybe at Cardiff/Murrayfiled/Newcastle etc)

Play Army v Airforce/Navy, Wales v Ireland/Scotland, England U20 v Overseas XIII or France and then the England v Exiles.

As Maurice Lindsay said last night in his interview, the International game needs to be elevated to the top for RL to get the kind of coverage it deserves. Sadly we have too many "supporters" who don't want to support the International game.

Great news, Its been reported on the Irish Gobblygook forum that number 10 are going to announce that Rogues (Who has been Chief Interferance Officer on RLFANS Forum for the last 100 years) is to be offered a new post in the Government by Cleggy and Campbell and will have the Title of "The Minister for Interferance and Rumouroligy"
